This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Amazingly great breakfast! Lots of parking. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Coffee excellent as well. Will definitely go back for breakfast. Their cheesecake is excellent!

Stick to the cheesecake, Greek food, or stuffed French toast. Everything else is a gamble. The pancakes were good. But the biscuits and gravy had too much flour in the gravy and not much taste. Been here several times and their menu is s mixture of good and not so good items.

Delicious! Good coffee and they have decaf! I definitely recommend. We came at 11:30am and the atmosphere was pretty chill and quiet. Great place to relax and have a meal. Their desserts look amazing too.

Typical diner quality food, friendly staff, overlooked service. Chicken fried steak was first served cold & raw in the center. Second attempt was much better. Country gravy lacked seasoning. Soft scrambled eggs were overcooked. (Should resemble large curd cottage cheese texture) No seasoning. BLT was reasonable. Room temp bacon, no seasoning on tomatoes. Nothing special. Max salad had nice texture with the vegetables & pasta not overcooked. Just lacked seasoning. Slaw was good, more acidity than most diners. 5- amazing, worth a weekly visit. 4- average, good, worth stopping in again. 3- below average, mediocre with hit & miss on seasoning & techniques. Not going back again. Understand how culinary inexperienced people who eat bland at home might think it’s good. But It’s not. 2- should be ashamed to take customers money. Lacking basic skills, poor seasoning & techniques, bland, etc 1- absolute rubbish.

We have a surprisingly good lunch here. The Chicken souvlaki was tasty and tender, unlike other diners that overcook the chicken so that it resembles leather. This dish is one I usually get from diners in this area, and the Blue Ribbon was the best one I've had in a long time. The pita was warm, soft and fresh. The crispy chicken cutlet was also properly cooked. The ciabatta roll was lightly toasted. The chicken breast was pounded thin, with a light breadcrumb coating, and the chicken was tender as well. Usually cutlets tend to be crunchy at the edges. Not this one. The fries were excellent. They were classic french fries - no potato starch/batter coating, and no added flavors. They were just ld Fashioned French Fries - like they were 40 years ago. Service was surprisingly fast, even though we came at lunchtime rush. Second time we came, it wasn't as impressive. The chicken souvlaki was pressed flat against the griddle, and had a solid brown color on one side, with several small pieces connected it a solid chunk by the griddle. Small pieces don't need to be medium to dark brown. It was tasty flavor, but very dry. I should also mention the souvlaki is served open face, with the l
